POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for a highly motivated Order Processing Specialist-- who thrives in a fast paced and high-volume work environment. The ideal person for this position will have the ability to work well in a team environment but also possess a strong independent work ethic. The ideal candidate will also have exceptional resource management and prioritization skills. They must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. We need someone who is hands-on, dependable, and committed. Someone who is results orientated and can execute organizational goals with the utmost urgency and commitment. The candidate for this role will be an integral part of our Finance/Human Resources team based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Order Processor Specialist will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders for accuracy and completeness as well as data entry and quality control for order data within our internal system. This individual will work closely with other departments such as sales, to problem-solve and resolve both internal and external customer concerns. The candidate for this position will also assist and support Finance with various bookkeeping functions. -- RESPONSIBILITIES: Exceptional attention to detail Review all incoming orders for completeness, accuracy and alignment with internal policies and business guidelines Enter data from each order into our system, ensuring a high level of quality that minimizes risk of delays later in the process Create invoice and license certificates for each order, as required Work closely with the sales team in reviewing and processing orders, and through use of the company's CRM system ( Coordinate and assist with internal questions, concerns and processes related to order processing, and provide services where appropriate Resolve any internal issues with the order processing process or invoices, escalating to higher levels of the department when necessary Interact and communicate with distributors and partners to resolve any invoice discrepancies and/or inquiries Ensure that receivables are collected and accounted for promptly Assist with monthly reconciliation of every bank account Maintain an orderly accounting filing system Assist with accounts payables Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested -- EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 1 - 2 years of experience with order processing and data entry Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task projects and assignments Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with MS Office products such as, Excel, Word and Outlook Experience with CRM systems is a strong plus Fast and accurate typing skills Capacity to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and be a team player Ability to work well with limited supervision Ability to work especially at month end/quarter end. -- -- MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Must be a US Citizen-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-- Versatile, with great multitasking and organizational skills -- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Competitive wage based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability and Life Insurance coverage.
