Planning for our Desert/Mountain Region.
The Regional Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning
is responsible for managing all brands, distribution channels, and
deployment of solutions and marketing strategies for the
Desert/Mountain region, which includes communities in Arizona and
This position is responsible for developing the strategic
success plans based on outlined company goals that will promote
revenue growth and improve customer experience within the region.
Specific responsibilities include business and market development,
customer expectation management, management of area market
research, strategic direction for promotion and advertising,
revenue growth and ongoing customer experience improvement.
The RVPMSP will also oversee the community solutions and
marketing team members' daily activity and development while manage
all aspects of solutions and marketing efforts for all Cadence
communities in the region with the goal of growing revenue and
maintain established occupancy goals.
Specific core responsibilities include strategic and long-range
planning, identifying appropriate advertising opportunities,
collateral needs, coordination of lead generating events, managing
referral relationships and others task necessary to meet overall
marketing and solutions objectives to meet or exceed portfolio
occupancy and revenue goals.
