POSITION SUMMARY :
The Director of Clinical Program Operations at Matrix Medical
Network serves as the strategic leader to the Clinical Program
Support organization reporting to the Vice President of Clinical
Program Support. This position owns strategic relationships with
vendors providing clinical services (POC testing, mass testing,
provider testing, immunizations, etc.). This individual will play a
key role in working to further develop and implement future
clinical products and services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Effectively manage and interface vendor partnerships across
teams to ensure effectiveness and delivery of contractual
provisions and SLA’s (POC testing, mass testing, provider testing,

Identify business needs, establish process and guidelines to

Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures
for the general operation of the clinical teams

changing regulatory and client requirements
Collaborate with team members, and work synergistically with
cross-functional leadership and other key business areas in the
development of organizational strategy, key initiatives, goals and

(Clinical Operations, Process, Coding, and Education)
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to state
regulations and guidelines (Clinical Laboratory Improvement
Amendments (CLIA) Waivers, American College of Radiology (ACR) and
Mammography) for Mobile Clinics
Act as a point of escalation for the team and interface with
state and federal regulatory agencies to include, but not be
limited to, Department of Labor, Medicare, Medicaid, Department of
Health, etc. when appropriate
Develop, manage and oversee the teams’ internal operating

Bachelor’s degree required (health related field preferred)
Required Skills and Abilities :
Minimum 5+ years’ increasingly progressive experience within the
