Looking for hands on cross-functional Site Reliability Lead with
skills in Cloud Engineering, Linux Administration, Terraform,
Docker or Kubernetes, CI/CD tools and GIT or similar tools.
Knowledge of tools and builds and deployments. Overall Purpose
Develop the next generation of application infrastructure and
responsible for reliability, automation, security & scalability
using efficient monitoring techniques and best practices. Serves as
the team lead and subject matter expert.
Work as a Lead to Design and implement software and tools to
improve the performance - availability, scalability, and latency
while delivering the end products to customer with highest
efficiency and meeting all security standards
Build automation and tooling around application management like
deployments, configuration changes and disaster recovery
Assist in “Dockerization” of monolith platforms & migrate to
Create an efficient and custom built monitoring infrastructure
using existing (or new) tools like Zabbix, AppDynamics,
Evaluate capacity of the application on a continuous basis to
provide stats to the Product/Business teams and provide an
efficient path to scale the infrastructure for future needs
Identify performance bottlenecks and work with other
infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Implement standards across multiple disciplines, systems and
practices to improve the overall application delivery.
Take the ownership of the application stack and provide vision
to team members
Work directly with development teams to provide feedback and
technical requirements to the software development lifecycle.
Serve as a technical liaison to assigned application and provide
documents and runbooks to Level 1 and level 2 teams.
Participate in 24X7 on-call rotation and act as escalation point
for assigned applications and other underlying systems.

confidentiality of systems and data.
Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in
computer science or engineering
Experience in managing AWS and building infrastructure as
Hands on experience of Docker, Kubernetes
Demonstrated technical work experience in a medium to large
Hands-on experience in writing bash/shell scripts, Linux systems
Hands-on experience in writing Ansible
Working knowledge of Source control management
