Job Description Masonre is looking for a Senior Project Manager
to manage and execute new residential developments and remodels
throughout the Phoenix area. We are seeking a high-performing
leader who is ready to take on the challenge of managing our
current projects to success and laying the groundwork for rapid
future growth. The Senior Project Manager will lead the Masonre
team and our portfolio of seven houses throughout the Paradise
Valley and Phoenix Area, work closely with senior leadership to
develop strategies and make decisions on architectural and
Responsibilities Lead | Lead the charge on Real Estate as it
relates to managing strategy development and execution of
Oversee | Manage numerous residential development projects
simultaneously with consistent attention to budget, timeline, and
quality to produce a top notch product, while maximizing investor
Assess | Create and utilize a measurable process for managing
the design and construction phases of properties.
Delegate | Effectively delegate tasks and projects to existing
project managers at masonre.
Mobilize | Coordinate Architects, General Contractors, other
parties involved to ensure successful execution.
Leverage | Develop and foster positive working relationships
with third party resources including architects, contractors,
Sustain | Oversee the Property Management amongst all portfolio
Grow | Develop business plan, create and manage revenue streams
for the business including property acquisition and disposition to
maximize returns on investment.
Capabilities Master Juggler | Leverages 10+ years of experience
juggling 5-7 projects at a time.
Pro Chess Seer | Anticipates roadblocks and maximizes efficiency
by seeing 5-7 steps ahead.

Qualifications What we are looking for: A minimum of a
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Real
Estate or similar fields. Equivalent professional experience will
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction and/or
real estate industry.
Direct experience in selecting and managing architectural and
construction resources for a project.
Experience in high stakes negotiations with multiple parties and
Experience in the acquisition and disposition of multi-million
dollar residential properties.
Willing to commit to long-term venture for building 100 ultra
high end homes over a number of years.
