The VP, Sales (Latin America) will be responsible for leading the sales efforts and revenue generation activities of Plexus domestically and oversee sales strategy. The successful candidate will manage and grow the Latin America sales team and infrastructure to enable the company to rapidly scale while providing guidance and market direction to the executive team. They should represent an excellent blend of sales, customer service, negotiation skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills. This person will be focused on developing a robust recruitment strategy in partnership with our Ambassadors. In addition, they will be partnering with the Sr. Director of Training to implement and integrate our duplicable training systems and processes into all Latin America markets.

Job Duties:

Develop and drive strategic direction and tactical execution of annual growth plan for the Latin America markets. Growth plans to include overall sales, recruiting strategy, rank advancements, and retention.

In collaboration with CSO and GM’s, develop the Latin America Strategic Sales Plan accompanied by KPI’s and detailed budgets to achieve the company sales goal.

Partner with COO, CMO and GM’s to develop product roadmap in market to achieve desired sales goals.

Create and lead a GM monthly corporate call to review on-going projects, strengths and opportunities. Additionally, create an execution plan for deliverables.

Manage international sales projects specifically monitoring budget and timelines to ensure both are met

Work with Marketing and Operations to identify potential issues and/or roadblocks and drive corrective actions.

Monitor ongoing Latin America Sales activities and communicate regularly with Executive Team regarding daily/weekly/monthly International performance, highlighting critical issues.

Direct Data Analytics team and to develop specific reports, dashboards and measurements for all Latin America markets including focus on new leaders and growth areas.

Oversee and adjust daily international sales activities, including programs, promotions to achieve desired sales goals.

Success in the role will be measured by growth in the KPIs and the relationships with Ambassadors.

Activities in this role include executing the company’s training philosophy and integrating it into Latin America markets by creating and overseeing the facilitation of opportunity meetings, both in-person and virtual, 90-Day goal setting and planning sessions with our Ambassadors, compensation plan training, small group trainings to drive rank advancements, assist in the virtual Super Saturdays in each market, as well as in-person Super Saturdays and other field events.

Determine direction and strategy with Marketing in order to drive and develop market specific product training videos and informational tools.

Create and lead the development of Ambassador facing reports to support increased sales & retention within each organization.

Attend Annual Convention and other company events as assigned. Create, lead and participate in various projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

10 years of Network Marketing industry experience and at least 5 years of working within LATAM markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

15 years Network Marketing industry experience, ideally 10 yrs. of working within the LATAM markets.
