Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for the
creation, administration, and analysis of BCD operational and
statistical reports and provides recommendations based on the
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs
and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention
Assures quality customer service to all customers.
Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence
Designs and develops reporting platforms.
Develops, builds, and maintains reporting solutions and advanced
analysis tools to assess relationships among multiple data sources
which can be leveraged to build actionable strategies.
Create queries to extract data from multiple databases.
Makes recommendations based on the stakeholder's insights,
current processes and analytical results.
Provide trend analysis to department management to support
operational decision rationale.
Serves as system administrator and subject matter expert for
statistical reporting software to include training of users.
Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as
Bachelor's degree in related area required.
Knowledge in database design including knowledge of requirements
elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management
practices and ability to apply them in practice required.
Knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL) or Data Analysis
Expressions (DAX) required.
Knowledge in report, software, and system life cycles
Microsoft SQL Server Certification preferred.
Microsoft Certification preferred.
Six years of related experience required. To include:
?Experience independently developing reports, analytics,
scorecards, dashboards, and queries.
?Three years of advanced experience with Power BI, Crystal or MS
Access report writing tools.
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform
all assigned duties and responsibilities.
