Responsibilities Reviews and processes all submitted demographic
and position data for employees and contractors using established
approved guidelines and procedures.
Monitors data submitted for compliance with company guidelines
Organizes, tracks and monitors accurate and timely receipt,
submission, and file maintenance of new hire and benefits
documentation, changes, reviews and terminations.
Audits and maintains integrity of data systems and document
Runs and distributes standard and ad hoc reports using
appropriate reporting tools.
Participates in planning and testing of Human Resources/Payroll
system conversions and updates.
Establishes and maintains up to date process and procedure
documentation and recommends process improvements.
Assists with ongoing training and support of new and existing
users of the Human Resources/Payroll system.
Interfaces with internal departments, including Human Resources
Business Partners, Payroll, Recruitment, and Credentialing, as well
as third party vendors.
Completes I-9 and e-Verify processes in compliance with required
Maintains ongoing compliance with records destruction rules.
Provides backup to other Human Resources administrative

Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
or equivalent work experience preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Human Resources,
Recruiting, or Payroll specialist in a high volume environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state Human Resources
regulations is essential.
Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information.
Experience with health information protocols is preferred.
Demonstrated communication, accuracy, follow-up, and critical
