Responsibilities Daily review of time entry system to ensure
accuracy and completeness of all timecards.
Correspond with employees and supervisors via email and phone to
obtain missing or incorrect information and approval of
Data entry of prior pay period timecard adjustments.
Review and resolve outstanding PTO holds and requests not
completed by supervisors.
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing,
Create, administer, and distribute reports.
Be the main point of instruction/training contact to employees
and management regarding timekeeping.
Create time export for payroll processing.
System administration of timekeeping system.
Collaborate with other departments to create efficiency and
Coordination between payroll, human resources, and other
departments to ensure proper flow and
maintenance of employee/contractor data.
Assist in all areas of full payroll processing and act as back
up when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
High school degree required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
and/or FPC preferred.

Previous time keeping experience preferred.
Experience working with 3rd party payroll provider. ADP,
Ultipro, or other experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Requirements : Occasional travel may be required.
