We are looking for a new team member that displays drive and initiative, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to help take REVINRE to the next level.What you will do:* Develop and curate engaging content for website and social media platforms.* Collaborate with REVINRE team to create a social media calendar.* Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.* Assist in the development and management of digital media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.* Oversee all administrative tasks regarding all listing transactions from signup to close.* Schedule REVINRE client services with appropriate vendors* Oversee paperwork to confirm appropriate signatures and dates* Support REVINRE team throughout the customer journey* Demonstrate mastery of the company's value proposition and openly and vigorously demonstrate organizational vision, mission, and core values.* Participates in regular meetings of the leadership of REVINRE and its managing entityQualifications:* Bachelor's Degree* Arizona Real Estate License preferredExperience:* 1-3 years experience, preferably in a field related to the real estate business (e.g. mortgage, insurance, banking, relocation)* Outside the box thinker with knowledge of the residential real estate landscape* Preferred experience using CRM software* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Proficient in Google Apps for Business* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow* Excellent oral and written communication abilities
