Job Description:

Responsibilities POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Onboard new Vendors and Flex providers in our Procure to Pay system
• Prepare Process Documentations of the Procurement procedures
• Support the Procurement function by handling projects that involve Vendors research, gathering requirements from the Business, preparing evaluation basic questionnaires
• Work on project reports that involves analysis, contracts and POs tracking etc
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for the company
• Provide requested pricing information and obtain vendor quotes.Assistance in the RFP process required for projects Qualifications Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or equivalent experience. Required Skills and Abilities:
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing/vendor management
• Ability to coordintate with multiple departments within the Company on various projects
• Proven ability to deliver assignments on time and in accordance with defined objectives
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment Adapt Company's work culture and build professional relationships
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Concur, NetSuite & SharePoint preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with all levels within an organization and externally
