CommLoan is a commercial real estate lending marketplace. To provide the best loan options for a potential borrower, CommLoan maintains a database of lenders with their respective lending criteria. The Account Executive is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and program setup for lenders. We maintain a comprehensive range of different lenders who will finance all major commercial property types. The Account Executive will also be reaching out to all existing lender partners periodically to maintain and foster the CommLoan/Lender relationship while updating existing loan programs and adding any new loan programs within the database. A strong work ethic and the desire to excel are essential for this role.
Job Duties-- Work in collaboration within the Lender Services Department to provide back end lender onboarding and support for CommLoan's lenders nationwide.-- Recruit lenders for the CommLoan CUPID--- platform.-- Develop and maintain relationships with all types of commercial lenders (conventional, institutional, and agency).-- Contact CommLoan's lenders on a regular basis for any product updates/changes.-- Enter lender product information into the CUPID--- pricing/underwriting platform with the highest levels of quality and accuracy.-- Serve as a resource for lender inquiries by providing a one-call resolution to an issue or escalating to the Lender Services Manager.-- Ensure that CommLoan's customer-centric culture is exemplified and that all communication is timely, professional, and forward-thinking.-- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS: -- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.-- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.-- Excellent customer service, computer, and office software skills.-- Detail oriented personality with a can-do attitude.-- Ability to think outside of the box, to come up with better, more streamlined processes, while troubleshooting any platform issues from the Lender Services end.-- Positive attitude and a team player.-- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with lenders.-- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.-- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.-- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.-- High level of integrity and strong work ethic.-- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Working Conditions-- Will be working in an office environment and having daily contact with CommLoan back-end lenders nationwide.-- Will provide support to other teams as workload dictates.-- Must be comfortable and able to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of staff and management internally, as well as with CommLoan's back-end lenders or front facing clients.-- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
Salary Range: $45,000-$48,000Commission Range: $3,000- $15,000 (This is the typical range of commission) Note: there is no limit on commission earnings.
