Job Title: Operations Engineer Location: Phoenix AZDuration: Direct HireCompensation: $90,000-$100,000/annually DOEResponsibilities:

• Leveraging regular reporting, gather information from tool Non-Conformance (NC) data to analyze trends and effectively identify issues from our system of record - SAP BO.
• Apply tool knowledge to appropriately classify tool Manufacturing, Install/Qual (I&Q), Warranty, and Post-Warranty Nonconformance's to identify the proper stakeholder with whom to partner on resolution.----
• Responsible for bringing together key stakeholders for regular Non-Conformance Review Board meetings, driving the following results:
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders on NC classifications
  • Prioritize NCs to determine which to make active based upon business needs
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that NC are driven to effective closure
  • Ensure ongoing communication with the Global Operations (GOPS) team to provide closed loop corrective action while ensuring that the plans meet the needed technical structural solutions and monitor for repeat issues.
  • Analyze trends of Field Service Engineer NCs to identify any training gaps.-- Drive implementation and regular follow up with Regional Service managers to ensure gaps are being effectively addressed and are reflected by the current NC trends.
  • Examine, monitor and track I&Q and Warranty service orders to review and identify new trending issues.
    • Assess hours being charged to service orders
      • Ensure hours being charged for troubleshooting are appropriate in alignment with reasonable standards.
      • Ensure RFKs, CIPs, and PMs are being charged appropriately.
      • Review and assess spare part ordering to ensure most effective troubleshooting methods are being followed
      • Participate in weekly I&Q Regional meetings with Service Managers to ensure that activities are aligned with the objectives of the NC team.
      • Partner with appropriate groups to drive timely completion of failure analysis for returned parts.
      • Host I&Q Post Mortem reviews with GOPS and Regional Service Managers to follow up on issues seen during install.
      • Create and maintain Top NC list to identify key areas of opportunity.-- Ensure that viable plans are in place to address root cause of issues.Education & Experience:
        • Bachelor's degree in engineering (ME, EE, IE)
        • 3-5 years semiconductor experience in a technical role such as Product Support or Field Service
        • Strong knowledge of company toolsets and platforms (ALD, CVD, EPI, PEALD, PECVD)
        • Ability to create presentations summarizing specific tool issues and personally explain technical details will be a must.
        • Experience with SAP
        • Strong follow-up and project management skills
