Job Description:

Role Summary: Responsible for preparation, production, and packaging of salads and other cold entrees and side items.

General Responsibilities:

• Prepare delicious and presentable ready-to-eat foods
• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces and utensils
• Assist in keeping the entire kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
• Receive and store produce products in timely and organized manner
• Adhere to strict food production recipes and processes

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for an 7-8 hour shifts.
• Must be able to work at fast pace and under minimal supervision
• Available to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week
• Lift 50 pounds
• Must meet standards for personnel hygiene and appearance
• Maintain valid ServSafe certification throughout employment
