Job Description:
Summary of Duties/Work Performed Set up the Oyster display, set up station with cleaning supplies

restock station, make sure all surfaces are clean including sink,
clean plates are
restocked & ready for night shift, identify food levels for evening
service, meet with

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds; must work with a sense

urgency; must have a positive attitude; able to work well under
pressure; able to

information.
