Since we are a technology company, Customer Support must be comfortable with computer software (tech savvy).Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Builds rapport with customers by answering product and service questions using phone and email* Resolves customer problems by clarifying and documenting customer's issue, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction* Documents potential issues with products and communicates issues to the development team via Jira* Creates and maintains customer records* Prepares product/service reports by collecting customer information, analyzing, and providing recommendations to management* Delivers online demonstrations of software to existing and potential customers* Provides support for general administrative tasks* Other duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilityNone.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
