You will be responsible for the client success, retention, and expansion of your personal account book of accounts by functioning as digital strategist and day-to-day contact for current clients. You will oversee your account book by providing consultative performance analyses, expansion planning, renewal negotiation, and strategic planning. You will be expected to maintain low client churn rates and secure upsells and expansions. You will liaise with the campaign manager to ensure we're meeting and exceeding client expectations.


  • Providing consultative services into the performance and maintenance of campaign strategy and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients with a strong focus on client retention
  • Act as the subject matter expert on topics including, but not limited to, digital marketing, email marketing, and WiFi solutions
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve more complex client issues and to relay customer feedback on products and services
  • Proactively problem solve by providing clients with available resources for better campaign management and execution
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills
  • Lead client presentations, QBRs, monthly reviews, and expansion presentations and negotiations
  • Travel to client in-person meetings to build relationships and establish trust, as needed
  • Maintain high level of familiarity and knowledge of digital marketing landscape, competing entities, and industry
  • Be a data-driven leader
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills


  • 3+ years of experience managing accounts
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Facebook Ads experience and/or Display experience preferred
  • Track record of success by meeting or exceeding KPI's in previous positions
  • Experience building relationships with clients and creating digital marketing strategies and showcasing performance to illustrate value
  • Skilled in digital marketing, programmatic, and social ads
  • Proven success in data-storytelling and presentation building
  • Ability to manage through high profile projects and competing priorities both internally and externally
  • A time management & organizational guru who has the proven ability to work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision managing multiple projects, as well as collaboratively working with colleagues of other functional areas to achieve common goals
  • Maintain a level of professional composure internally and externally; leading by example in tough situations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to easily build rapport with a wide variety of clients
  • Ability to identify and proactively solve problems
  • Dynamic personality and high energy
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data
