About the Team:

The Organizational Development (OD) team is focused on enabling the company to achieve its strategic vision by setting up effective processes and people practices which empower people to do their best work in order to accelerate the business. Key areas of focus for the OD team are: Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, Succession Planning, Talent Review, Onboarding and Change Management.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the employee response and support for our Performance Management programs, including both Core and Eng Perf as well as Timely Feedback. You'll be a key member of the cross-functional Perf program development team, partnering with the cross functional teams, HRBPs, comp, legal and others to ensure smooth program delivery.

Our immediate need is to establish and maintain an effective process for our Perf programs that ensures both an effective support experience for employees and ability to track outcomes and issues. This role will also help us develop and document standard processes across the program, including managing our knowledge base, triaging questions across SMEs, and improving data management.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and manage our Perf support structure and process, partnering with our HRSS and Tech teams to design a smooth workflow and support experience for employees
  • Partner with Core Team members to respond to internal HR support channels like our HRBP Slack channel and email alias
  • Partner with the Perf Engagement Associate to create and manage Perf content on Teamdot, ensuring alignment across messages and FAQs on all platforms
  • Design our data management and reporting, and ensure that we are able to share Perf KPIs and metrics to the overall organization.
  • Develop, document, and improve standard internal support processes, including ticket response and escalation, process for building and updating our knowledge bases and FAQs, etc. You'll help the team finalize program timelines & milestones, taking into account external milestones and (share with relevant stakeholder teams)
  • Support with the gathering and organizing of relevant materials for legal reviews, notably in the Eng program APT/legal approval review
  • Advise on and support the creation of training materials and resources as needed
  • For Eng program, complete training audits and track participation in required trainings
  • For Eng program, manage the work of validating needed Excel files including romo eligibility files, committee member updates, cross-referencing data, and uploads to Perform, audits on incomplete committee feedback, calibration manual overrides

Basic Qualifications

  • Overall 5+ years of experience with Performance Management programs or managing multifaceted global programs and communications.
  • Experience in scalable project management and delivering global programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing large-scale program processes.
  • Ability to distill large amounts of information into a straightforward plan.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools and practices for project management and stakeholder management.
  • Communication and change management planning and execution.
  • Experience with identifying, managing and influencing partners.
  • Experience developing and owning operational processes.
  • Comfort working in a global and matrixed environment.
  • Critical and creative thinking.
  • Agile and design thinking skills preferred.
