We're looking for a strategic Project Coordinator to work remotely with our National Clinician Leadership Team at LifeStance Health. You'll assist a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists in the day-to-day operations and coordination of the team’s activities. This role is critical to keep the team moving forward on a fast-paced schedule, managing the complex coordination across different streams.


·       Manage day-to-day coordination and logistics for the national clinical and medical leadership team
·       Build relationships and support communication with necessary internal and external collaborators for the team
·       Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet the team’s expectations and company goals
·       Liaise between departments to ensure smooth operations delivery
·       Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines
·       Create and maintain internal systems that allow the team to work and share knowledge efficiently
·       Build and maintain strong inter-company relationship through regular meetings and communications
·       Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements
·       Assist internal teams to achieve performance targets
·       Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a quickly and timely manner
·       Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations
·       Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes


·       Bachelor’s Degree preferred
·       2+ years of relevant experience in project management, administration, or related field
·       Skilled and efficient at performing administrative tasks and using various computer programs (Google apps, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc). Experience working with Trello, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Jira (or related project management tools) is a plus
·       Ability to balance the big picture with the details
·       Excellent proactive problem-solver who can leverage resources and execute tasks through completion
·       Demonstrates flexibility, empathy, and optimism when supporting others. The needs of the team may continue to evolve and this person must be flexible enough to adjust as the team needs change over time
·       Great at project management and multi-tasking, understanding needs, and balancing priorities
·       Excellent communicator with strong positive interpersonal, oral and written communication, and phone skills. Great at building relationships with both internal and external teams
·       Professionalism and team-oriented approach a must
·       Enthusiastic and bring a positive mindset to even the toughest challenges
