Job Description:

Cachet Homes is currently looking for a Customer Care Coordinator. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide direct support to Customer Care Manager
  • Receive, review, log and track all incoming customer care requests
  • Respond to all homeowners to acknowledge receipt of customer care requests
  • Evaluate requests to determine if covered by warranty
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners if request determined not warrantable
  • Request clarification and/or photos of customer care requests, as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule all customer care appointments with homeowners, trades and/or Customer Care Manager, or field personnel as applicable
  • Issue work orders for trades and field staff
  • Follow up with homeowners and trades on upcoming scheduled appointments
  • Follow up with homeowners and trades on completed appointments to confirm completion
  • Generate weekly aging reports on outstanding customer care requests
  • Generate monthly Customer Care reports
  • Create and email out all homeowner 1-month and 11-month letters
  • Maintain Customer Care files through warranty period
  • Communicate courteously and effectively with all homeowners and trades
  • Represent Cachet Homes in a professional, responsible manner
  • Special projects and additional assignments as requiredNecessary Skills and Strengths
    • Capable of communicating with trade contractors and homeowners to coordinate activities
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Capable of interacting effectively with diverse personality types in a professional, tactful manner
    • Computer skills necessary to create reports, access documents, use Microsoft Office programs
    • Highly organized, detailed and able to prioritize a multitude of tasks
    • Capable of maintaining calm and composure when dealing with difficult situations
    • Confident, assertive, ethical, and ambitious
