The Lobby Ambassador strategically supports the corporate goals and
the organizational culture by representing the organization to all
guests, team members, and vendors. This individual will be the
primary contact for internal stakeholders and external clients and
vendors. Further, this individual assists in maintaining records
and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing
scheduling support. Impec Group delivers operational excellence and
team member engagement. This individual should understand
strategies and goals to drive greater opportunities in satisfaction
and business opportunities. This individual anticipates client
needs by exceeding key performance indicators to dazzle the client
and team members alike.

Operates multiple-call telephone switchboard console and routes
call to the appropriate person or location within the corporate
office and external
Exercises discretion and interpretive judgment infrequent and
sometimes stressful contacts with callers
Greets customers, vendors, job applicants, employees from other
locations, and other visitors with a high degree of professionalism
Provides administrative assistance such as typing letters,
preparing reports, maintaining files, and entering data into

Submit facility requests for items that need to be repaired on our
floors and conference center
Answering a high volume of calls and routing them to the

Monitoring reception area

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary
to create and maintain reports and logs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
At least two years of related experience required.
Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain
equipment and buildings.
Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather
