Are you an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition specialist able to manage all hiring activity for our Scottsdale and Atlanta Sales Teams?

This role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, with an emphasis on proactive sourcing/recruiting & headhunting. You will take the lead on creating attraction strategies, sourcing of positions, managing candidate pipelines and interviewing all the way through to acceptance of offers. You will be working alongside our UK Talent Acquisition team and will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of high calibre talent to meet our US headcount plans.

More About the Role

You will have a passion for resourcing and talent attraction with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
You will analyze, hiring plans and translate those requirements into effective and efficient passive and active candidate generation/attraction plans
Own the process from job posting to offer acceptance
Conduct appropriate research of the industry and competitors for determination of qualified candidates
Identify candidates through job board databases, online tools, advertisements, social media to define appropriate candidates based upon needs of the hiring managers
Liaise with HR Business Partners and other Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure effective functional support across other offices both in the US and UK
Maintaining accurate recruitment dashboards and data is key - we love data and rely on insights to inform our development as a function

You will have

Proven experience of talent acquisition (volume sourcing to full lifecycle recruiting) preferably gained in a high growth, fast-paced, sales led organisation
Ability to manage high volume, high variety workloads in deadline driven environment while balancing quantity of hire with quality of hire
Excellent knowledge of recruiting software tools; Applicant Tracking System and MS Office/Google
Highly effective in leveraging technology (social media and internet) as a sourcing tool
Strong process improvement mindset that ensures continuous improvement of processes
Ability to build strong relationships with team members and work in a collaborative and consultative manner
