Commercial Architectural Drafter (Warehouse/Retail) Pay Range: $23 - $26 an hour Type: Contract OR Direct Hire Opportunity Location: Position is based in Phoenix, AZ ( Remote OR Relocatio n may be available depending upon candidate) Expand and grow your career with as an Architectural Drafter. Work with a wide range of commercial projects, from strip malls to major grocery store chains, establishing and maintaining project schedules and working with various teams. Duties:

• Responsible for producing complete construction documents and coordinating with engineering consultants
• Maintain project schedules
• Manage day to day project design activities
• Communicate with team members in a fast-paced office environment
• Develop necessary scope and status overviews and reports Experience Required
  • Associate Degree with AutoCAD Design and
  • 1+ years of AutoCAD experience and proficiency
  • Understanding of commercial, municipal or residential design
  • Knowledge of building codes, CAD Standards, and procedures Experience Desired
    • Revit proficiency highly desired
    • Design of commercial projects including large and small retail, self-storage or warehouse site development, Grocery Store experience a plus
