Responds to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner. A variety of 80+ inbound and outbound calls are handled daily. Communications are recorded in a CRM system and orders/payments are entered into a separate system, amongst other data entry requirements. People in this position listen with intent and ask questions to dig deeper into what a potential family needs to be successful, then make recommendations based on the information provided.

This is a regular, part-time position, based out of your home office.
