This position is the 1st stepping stone to becoming a licensed Mortgage Professional. This is a full-time position where you will be eligible to become a licensed Mortgage Originator in 6-8 weeks and join a solid group of individuals striving to continue to grow and develop their mortgage skills in a thriving industry. We will teach you the mortgage process from beginning to end directly from the Director of Originations and our Company President who will be with you for every step in your journey. We'll start by putting you through a paid 8-week training process by helping you go through the process of becoming licensed by the NMLS to originate mortgage loans. Then, once you pass the S.A.F.E Test and graduate to a Senior Mortgage Originator, we will be promoting you to work with our elite team to further your skills in the mortgage industry. As a Senior Mortgage Originator, our Leaders will continue to share their knowledge and train you to continuously help improve your craft throughout your entire career at WeMortgage

(Commission Structure after Licensing over $100k+)

After the paid training program we offer one of the best compensation packages in the industry!! Your commissions are based on growth - as you exceed targets, your commission as a percentage of sales goes up with potential on your ability to earn.

Responsibilities:
--- Must be coachable and have the ability to utilize the techniques and tools we provide
--- Must possess the ability to work IN OFFICE full-time. (North Scottsdale)
--- Outbound prospecting and speaking to 100+ new potential borrowers per day on an autodialer to generate live transfers for our Senior Mortgage Originators.
--- Administrative duties including data input into our CRM and LOS (Loan Origination System)

Qualifications:
--- Has a WINNING mindset and a positive attitude to back it up
--- Is always looking to exceed sales goals and quotas
--- Sales experience is strongly preferred
--- Basic financial knowledge is a plus but not required.
--- Exceptional communication skills, sales, relationships, and MS Office skills are essential
--- Possess the ability to complete a training program to obtain the NMLS/MLO state license
--- Must be a self-driven, self-motivated individual who is determined to be nothing short of their best to achieve their career growth objectives
--- Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
--- We will provide and pay for the necessary 20-hour education and testing needed to obtain NMLS licensing in each state needed
