motivated self-starter for a project administrator position in our
company. You will be responsible, among other things, for
coordinating project activities, maintaining and updating the
project schedule, managing assignments, monitoring progress, and
communicating to the project team.The project administrator will
report to the VP of business enablement. You will work closely with
the senior members of the business enablement team, so strong
communications skills are a must. Your mission is to help with all
the administrative tasks of the project to meet quality standards
and deliver on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
- Help the senior members of the business enablement staff with
project administrative duties and processes
- Schedule meetings and keep minutes
- Assist with planning, from start to finish of project
- Prepare and distribute project materials
- Implement policies and procedures
- Create weekly workflow
- Order resources
- Track expenses and work on budget forecast
- Monitor progress
- Alert the management to issues as they arise
- Report on team and project performance
- Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate
communications
- Assist in the calculation of project metrics, such as quality,
costs, and completion
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and senior
members of the business enablement teamQualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree required
- Two years of related experience
- Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical
documentation
- Certifications a plusCompetencies:
- Microsoft office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Deadline-driven
- Organized and focused
- Computer literate Typical Office Environment: Requires
extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking. May be
required to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. May be required to
lift over 35 pounds using an assistive device and/or team lift.
Requires significant use of a personal computer, phone, and general
office equipment. Needs adequate visual acuity, and ability to
grasp and handle objects. Needs the ability to communicate
effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on
