Job DescriptionChapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for a customer service rock star to join our team! As a Delivery Specialist, your job will be to provide our customers with exceptional service through every step of the sales and vehicle delivery process, and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale is finalized. Preferred candidates have experience in a customer-facing role and take pride in creating amazing customer experiences. Successful candidates display the highest level of professionalism and integrity, and are eager to learn dealership best practices. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner and ask probing questions to determine their needs
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new technology
• Explain product information, vehicle features, and product performance to customers
• Inform customers about new products, features, accessories, etc.
• Use apps and web-based systems to help support the sales process
• Coordinate test drives and vehicle delivery
• Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction with their delivery processDesired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Customer service background is preferred (restaurant, retail or hospitality industry experience is a PLUS!)
  • Taking care of our customers is your goal – you accomplish results by focusing on getting the details right
  • Strong desire and willingness to increase your product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Goal oriented – driven to meet deadlines that support the delivery of vehicles, customer satisfaction, and business growth
  • Comfortable using a computer and tablet applications, completing forms and learning new programs and procedures
  • Available to work flexible hours, including SaturdaysDeal Breakers:
