careWhy Does Your Role Matter? (Summary/Objective)The Investor Care
Specialist is crucial in supporting the capital formation process
through working with our Wealth Development Sales Team, Investors
and Prospects in preparing and processing capital contributions in
Caliber's various private offerings. The capital raised helps to
fund the various projects and properties Caliber is involved in,
including the purchase, development, construction and management of
the various assets. In this role, you provide critical customer
support services to our valued investors and internal Caliber
departments. Essential Functions for this Role:
- Maintain investor account and prospect contact information,
investment activity and private offering details in the Client
Relationship Database(CRM)
- Process investor subscriptions through our managing
Broker-Dealer, including working with custodians for IRA
investments
- Service investor needs and questions through providing
exemplary customer support
- Facilitate investor communications and reporting
- Provide information for SEC Form D, State Blue Sky filings,
pipeline and due diligence reporting to internal and external
partners
- Complete ad hoc reporting requests to internal departments such
as accounting, financial reporting and tax
- Complete annual Fair Market Valuation requests from IRA
Custodians
- Assist in development and production of back-office policies
and procedures implementations.
- Attending Corporate events as neededRelationships at Caliber:
- Reports to: Compliance Officer
- Regularly interacts with all members of the Caliber Team
- Note: the position works out of the Scottsdale office as it
requires significant interaction with other team members but can be
performed remotely Ideal Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of Financial Services operational experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Preferred industry experience but not required
- Must have intermediate computer skills in a PC environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Office 365 and
DocuSign
- Preferred experience in CRM Systems
- Ability to take initiative, be a self-starter and critical
thinker
- Experience handling high volume requests, varying tasks and
project management skills
- Organized, detailed oriented, ability to work under pressure
and customer focusedPhysical Demands:This job operates in a
professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing
cabinets. The employee frequently communicates with internal team
members, investors and vendors. Must be able to remain in a
stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer
and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine and
printer. Occasionally moves items up to 50 lbs. for various
