High-end residential interior design firm looking for an experienced, energetic interior designer who can successfully work independently in a fast paced environment with a collaborative design team. The interior designer will take lead on projects with creative direction from principal designer. Designer will be responsible for projects from start to finish including; concept development, schematic design, design development, cd sets, and project management. Come join our team! • Degree from an accredited interior design program
• 8+ Years Experience in interior design
• Advanced working knowledge in the following computer programs: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, presentation and written skills
• Strong organizational skills - Detailed minded and deadline oriented
• Portfolio RequiredJOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Work independently in developing design intent and material selections
  • Develop, prepare and produce quality presentations
  • Develop plans, elevations and renderings that illustrate the design intent and use of materials
  • Responsible for site visits and dimensioned floor plans
  • Create detailed working drawing sets including floor plans, elevations and space planning in AutoCAD.
  • Manage client, vendor, builder and architect relations
  • Attend job site during construction
  • Request quotes and estimates from vendors
  • Take initiative, problem solve, collaborate and communicate effectively with design team
