Assist the Executive Chef in all phases of kitchen management. Crisp linen tablecloths, finechinaand top-quality fresh ingredients; this is made-to-order dining at its finest. Seasonal and regional menus areever-evolving, offering signature dishes and daily specials. AndNO LATE NIGHTSmeansyou will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life. You will prepare meals for residents according to the Community's specifications.

Essential Duties:

• Help supervise and assist staff in the production of all menu items.
• Assist in the planning, review and revision of menus and menu cycles. Assist in developing and maintaining recipes that adhere to food costs and quality standards.
• Order supplies and keep records and accounts as directed by Executive Chef.
• Prepare meals for residents providing high quality dining service thattakes into accountresident preferences and special dietary requirements in compliance with applicable food and sanitation regulations.
• Demonstrate safe food handling procedures, with special emphasis on critical control.
• Maintain consistently high cleanliness of work and storage areas.
