Job Description:

Our Front Desk Medical Receptionist plays a critical role in the success of our team. As the first person who greets our patients when they enter our clinics and the last person who wishes them well as they leave, you are the person patients remember when they think of our company. Multiple locations throughout the Valley! Responsibilities:

Handle all admin duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
Escort patients to exam rooms
Schedule appointments Job Requirements:Qualifications:
- Previous experience in in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- ---Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual (SPANISH) a PLUS
