Role SummarySKI Vascular is seeking a Radiologic Technician to join its fast-growing trend setting team located in Tempe, Tucson, and Peoria, AZ. The Radiologic Technician will assist the clinical team with surgical and diagnostic procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and providing support before, during, and after procedural activities. As an important part of the team, the Radiologic Technician will have the chance to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist clinical team with patient and procedure room preparation and post-procedure clean-up.Assist with positioning the patient, using appropriate equipment, and anatomical principles to avoid patient injury.Assist in procedures by opening the C-Arm, scrub-in for procedures, and clean/sterilize instruments.Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies for the center and the procedure room.Track use of medications and supplies during procedures.Maintain radiology safety monitoring procedures and support the Radiation Safety program.Aid in transporting patients within the center. Skills & QualificationsHighschool diploma or equivalent (required)American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (required)Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiology (CV-IR) Certification (preferred)Associate degree in science or successful completion of a formal education program accepted by ARRT (required)Basic Life Support (BLS)Basic computer skills - MS Word/OutlookPhysical DemandsAbility to lift a minimum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 35 pounds unassisted.Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds.LocationsTempe, AZPeoria, AZJob TypePer DiemMonday-Friday#LI-AL1#INDSJ
