Job Summary:

Reputation is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment with an inspired and dedicated global team. This role will be responsible for executing data-driven campaigns to maximize the efficiency of marketing initiatives. This person will work closely with the broader Marketing Operations and Analytics team to support all aspects of database maintenance and manipulation; marketing campaigns and programs; and improving lead generation and data quality.

The right candidate has strong communication and project management skills, advanced working knowledge with HubSpot and various marketing tools, and is able to present complex information to multiple levels and roles within our organization in ways that others understand and can apply to their daily work.


* Manage the strategy, design, execution and operations of our lead management processes and systems

* Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, customer acquisition and account penetration, and campaign performance.

* Partner with Sales Operations and IT to identify, design and implement solutions that drive stronger sales/marketing alignment. In particular, initiatives and processes that support and improve database management and governance, data/lead quality, and systems.

* Manage workload in Asana and keep tasks up-to-date to ensure smooth handover between team members and stakeholders

* Work closely with Demand Generation Manager to enhance and optimize the lead management process and automation, ensuring timely distribution of leads to sales team, and ensure correct database segmentation

* Partner with Sales Operations and IT to identify, design and implement solutions that drive growth and productivity.

* Provide the Marketing leadership team with ongoing analysis for marketing investments, pipeline impact and goal setting.

* Work closely with the design and content teams to build effective emails and analyze those emails for optimization

* Execute end-to-end campaigns; develop cohesive automated workflows and pul targeted lists

* Additional duties as assigned


* 2+ years of experience with Marketing or Sales technology management (administration, internal tools product management, business system analysis)

* Operational expertise with marketing or sales systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Chili Piper, BrightTalk, Chatbots, etc.) and their connection to HubSpot in particular

* HubSpot Certified Required

* Hands on knowledge of lifecycle management, lead scoring, campaign management and other internal processes to ensure marketing information is centralized and updated

* Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, deliverability, segmentation, and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.); intermediate HTML a plus

* Experience with managing projects for large scale automation platforms and/or digital communication tools with global stakeholders

* Experience working with technology teams to develop internal tools, including: writing business requirements, gaining alignment on decisions, ensuring new capabilities will support business needs

* Ability to demonstrate data evaluation skills, including the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources, and make data-driven decisions

* Strong independent project management skills including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors

* A self-starter who is confident working on multiple programs that require both strategic end-to-end thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution
