Modern Recovery Network is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team! Modern Recovery Network has multiple mental health and substance abuse facilities in Arizona. Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for taking calls in regards to clients wanting to enter our programs. Admissions Coordinator must build effective working relationships within each department of Modern Recovery Network to ensure all admissions processes are precisely executed. REPORTS TO: Director of Admissions JOB DUTIES: Adhere to the admissions department Census goal and admission numbers by week/month. Understand and adhere to department and company KPIs and goals. Create and maintain treatment reports on all admissions and inquiries using the tools directed by the Director of Admissions. Serve as a resource to Treatment Consultants, referral partners, and clients on admission matters and financial matters as it relates to getting the client admitted and the clients out of pocket cost for the program. Follow up with Alumni, past inquiries, and any other source pertaining to admissions. Report quality leads and any opportunities to improve admissions goals to management. Adhere to HIPAA. Complete our Prescreen process effectively and efficiently. Follow QA on your admissions. Answer phones and be able to document and work effectively in our CRM and EMR Be available after hours and weekends as scheduled. Ensure VOB has been completed and OOP has been collected prior to admission. Validate cash and insurance prior to admission. Schedule initial transportation for clients attending our programs. Present programs in detail to family members and potential clients. Remove all "admission barriers" on the front end. Communicate any client needs with the appropriate departments; clinical, UR, Case management, client advocacy, etc. Obtain the verification of benefits and relay information and OOP to the family and or client accurately. Stay current on types of insurance that works for the facility. Schedule and ensure an assessment is coordinated for the admission. Identify medical and or psychiatric emergent need on the front end of admission and notify appropriate team members and address the need prior to admission. Enter appropriate documentation notes as needed. Follow detailed processes and procedures as set forth by department managers to ensure a safe and accurate admission. Have knowledge on all programs offered at facility. Stay current on all changes regarding programs and services offered at facility. As a member of the Admissions Development Professional team, you will be utilizing our database to contact both current and previous customers to set appointments. Efficiently answer, initiate and handle inquiries from clients and support group members referred to AAC via methods including but not limited to: inbound calls, outbound calls, web inquiries, and online chat inquiries. Ability to work and achieve individual, team, and call center goals. Attend and participate in team meetings and ongoing training and development opportunities. Excellent computer-based and telephonic skills. Exceptional and demonstrable customer service skills. Ability to strategize, persuade and negotiate. Strong goal setting skills and goal achievement history.
