Privado Experience Attendant

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Privado Rooms Leaders, responsibilities and
essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging
service
- Oversee all aspects of the in-room guest experience, for example:
delivering welcome fruit, re-stocking refrigerators, maintaining
Coffee Cafe, delivering morning offering, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate VIP item delivery requests as
needed
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Privado
and Fairmont loyalty
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and
helpful way
- Address guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying
proper departments
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous Property Management System experience preferred
- Previous customer service related experience preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated
verbal & written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced
environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and
courteous at all times
Physical Aspects of Position: Physical aspects of the position
include but are not limited to the following:
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20lbs
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and
ramps
