Candidates who thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center will be interested in this position.Your responsibilities in this role- Manage and place incoming telephone calls- Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion- Field and send out send written business correspondence Requirements - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Previous experience working with import customer service- Skills in Import Export- Quality experience with shipping & receiving- Proven knowledge of logistics & distribution- General familiarity with International Shipping- Earlier work involving Receiving Documents- Inbound Telephone Calls experience desired- Wide ranging experience with Shipping Functions- Good understanding of Receiving Inspection- Strong familiarity with Basic Computer Skills- Well-founded grasp of procurement- Foundational knowledge in export customer service- Logistics experience highly desired- Practical knowledge of Shipping- Comprehension of export - import documents- Knowledge of Communication Skills - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills- Excellent computer skills- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers- 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiriesIf you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer you interact with and are a customer service 'champion', we want to hear from you.
