Job Description:
Aston Carter is currently screening for immediate remote Patient
Service Reps! Must be comfortable working PST hours 8am-5pm, Monday
- Friday Description: + Taking 30-40 inbound calls a day. Outbound-
reschedule for providers cancels, collect patient contact to
reschedule those, send messages about how to schedule them,
insurance calls out. + Schedules, register, and monitors patient
appointments and information. Verifies and updates existing patient
accounts and notifies patient of any changes with their current
account or co-pays. + Accurately schedules, cancels, reschedules
and confirms appointments at the time of request. + Determines type
of appointment needed within department guidelines and Advance
access. + Identifies accepted insurance plans and those requiring
referrals. + Monitors the referral report and checks work pools to
call patients being referred to the department. Offers to schedule
follow up appointments, if needed Additional Skills &
Qualifications: + Must be a highly compliant person. As long as you
follow the prompts in the system, the patients will be taken care
of properly. + Must be able to navigate computers. + Working on
multiple monitor. Experience Level: Must have 1-2 years call center
experience & have experience using double monitors Healthcare
