Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph -is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer - (SDA O&I T1 & TDF), you'll participate in requirements analysis and management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test (verification) in the development and evaluation of networks and information systems.     • A Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; Agile experience preferred
    • Substantial use, understanding and tailoring of systems engineering concepts, principles and theories
    • Substantial proficiency with requirements management & system modeling tools
    • Ability to recognize various architectural patterns, apply them appropriately, understand strengths/weaknesses within those architectures and develop architectural variations as necessaryWhat sets you apart:

        • Tracking data fusion knowledge
        • Ground system experience including:
        • National Defense Space Architecture to Mission Data Processing interfaces
        • Mission Data Processing to Real Time Tracking Service interfaces
        • 2D /3D track correlation
        • Technical performance measures such as probability of warning, launch azimuth, latency
        • End to end system understanding of tracking solutions from space vehicle through ground antennas and processing through ground systems
        • Ground operations:
        • Operator in the loop operations for selecting track data
        • Task Authority operations
        • Test as you fly experience
        • Tools/Processes:
        • MBSE
        • DOORs and requirement management
        • Agile and PI planning techniques
        • Latency analysis capability
