Job Description:

General Purpose:

As a member of the workforce solutions team you would be responsible for Tier 1 support for all inquiries related to Troon's centralized services Human Resources and Payroll administration support center. Customer service is your mission with a goal of solving tier 1 questions on the first contact or efficiently evaluating the injury correct specialist in Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning management, Time and Labor, or Benefits administration.

Essential Duties:


-Serve as the first point of contact for employee, manager and supervisor questions and issues related to HR, Payroll or HRIS systems and processes.
-Process HR Solutions Center requests that include but are not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Technical Training, Leave of Absence and People Services, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Benefits Administration.
-Assists employees with navigation of Human Resources and Payroll systems and processes.
-Assess and understand full scope of issues presented and provide a comprehensive response.
-Provide timely and accurate information to employees. Utilizes case management system to document, process, and resolve inquiries. Leverage records to develop future training and communications, and enhance existing resources.
-Work with internal resources to resolve employee issues and problems and escalates complex inquiries as necessary to Tier 2 specialists and subject matter experts.
-Communicate and explain information related to navigating the system to review HR, Payroll, and Benefits information. Assists employees in completion of forms and provides general response to inquiries.
-Run and distribute various reports on a regular basis.
-Assist in the employee transition process for new customers and acquisitions
-Assist in the continuous development and improvement of information and processes required to perform quality service delivery.
-Participates in weekly status meeting to report inquiry types and providing feedback on end user training needs.
-Regular and reliable attendance.
-Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

-Bachelor's Degree in related field (Preferred)
-High school diploma with 2-3 years of related experience

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:


-Ability to read and speak English (e.g. the associates are required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English)
-General understanding/knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll disciplines through training and experience is preferred
-Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, flexibility in working in a fast-paced team environment, effectively prioritizing and coordinating multiple assignments
-Excellent customer focused communication skills (patience, attentiveness, courtesy)
-Strong interpersonal skills and team-based orientation
-Excellent written & oral communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in daily work
-Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems to achieve first call resolution
-Ability to work and problem solve independently utilizing available resources and tools
-Strong attention to detail
-Experience with HRIS software packages (UKG/Ultimate Software/Kronos Dimensions) is strongly desired
-Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex information in order to improve practices or develop new approaches
