Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer care - mostly inbound email and phone calls - by interacting with internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner
• Our customer care specialists are responsible for providing support information to our customer base and administrating automobile warranty contracts

  Other Duties and Responsibilities
  
  
  • Assist co-workers in supporting their customers as needed
  • Training and mentoring Operations staff as needed based on proficiency
    
    Education & experience:
    
    
    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Customer care experience
    • Automotive or dealership experience a plus
      
      Special Qualifications
      
      
      • Strong interpersonal communication skills
      • MS Office skills preferred
      • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and set priorities
      • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, customer service-oriented, while being an effective team player
