Job descriptionJob SummaryT.L Hanks Excavating in now hiring for:Heavy Equipment operators - experience with excavator, hammer, compactor, loader, water truck, and grade tractor for site prep.Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsibilities
  • Site pad, arena, and barn site prep grading and -excavation for custom homes
  • Ability to -read and interpret -site plans
  • Ability to -be able to direct crews
  • Ability to do hillside work
  • Ability to do final/finish grades within 1/10
  • Day-to-day activities of the position.
    • Current hours are 7am - 3pm M-S
    • Work is mostly in the Rio Verde/ Scottsdale area
    • Function of this position
