Process & Tools Administrator (240068) Job Summary The Process & Tools Administrator would need to have at least 2 - 5 years of experience in managing Resource Management, Project Management, and Task Management tools (examples Jira, Resource Manager, MS Project, DevOps). In this role, you will support the project and task management environments and can work to improve the infrastructure automation to move the processes forward. You must be passionate about teaching, learning, and automating and working in a highly collaborative environment. . Duties and Responsibilities Configuring, managing, and enhancing tool suite, including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins and other integrations. Understanding the current process, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions. Developing interfaces between external tooling, if needed. Provisioning, maintaining and improving existing cloud infrastructure. Researching, designing, developing and/or modifying enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, Confluence, and Git to improve and speed delivery of products and services. Extending and maintaining automation frameworks in the areas of infrastructure as code and CI/CD. Work with other developers and operations to perform DevOps processes. Troubleshooting problems and provides customer support for software operating systems and application issues. Writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Minimum 4 year/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Minimum 2-5 years of experience with System Engineering. Experience in setting up and supporting Tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc.). Basic SQL and JQL query experience. Experience customizing workflows, setting up dashboards, and generating reports. Experience with Service Desk tools. Experience with Continuous Integration and building test automation frameworks. Passion for quality and solving problems in complex computing environments. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Knowledge of test and QA automation frameworks. Willingness to work on a fast-paced team with a "low ego/high performance" culture. Preferred Qualification: Ability to automate and extend base tool functionality, including scripting. Recommend customization and plugins. Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act) Minimum Salary: $86,000 Maximum Salary: $116,000 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
