Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Agile experience preferred.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: [Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.] Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a systems engineer for MUOS, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing, upgrading and maintaining a live satellite communication system used by the U.S. forces.We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: strong written and verbal communication skills, detailed oriented but able to see the big picture, and possess an understanding of requirements and functional decomposition.What sets you apart:

    This position is full time onsite but has a flex option allowing up to two days of remote work when possible.

    Target salary range: USD $63,778.00/Yr. - USD $86,100.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
