Job Summary

The Emerge Ambassador s responsibilities are to enhance our organization s ongoing agent development by growing our agent network. You ll be directly responsible for the growth and satisfaction of our agent customer base.

This individual will be in a position to be one of the top influencers in the logistics industry by creating a personal brand on social media platforms. The perfect fit will be constantly looking to expand their industry knowledge while growing their following.

The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional who is able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. As well as, growing a social media presence.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

  Daily Goals
  
  • Manage the discovery phase of finding agents, scheduling qualification meetings, and demonstrations
    
  • Manage day to day operational tasks including recording leads in CRM, scheduling meetings, following up with potential leads on all forms of social media.
    
  • Unearth new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and turn them into potential partnerships via Linkedin as well as other relevant social selling platforms, and phone calls.
    
  • Create and develop a personal brand and social media presence through engagement/creating engaging posts.
    
  • Resolve issues for agent satisfaction
    
  • Constantly increasing knowledge of the transportation/logistics industry.
    Your Talents Include
    
    • Ability to network on social media sites.
      
    • Knowledge of how to write copy is a plus.
      
    • Experience in recruiting and/or transportation/logistics
      
    • Ability to creatively market oneself through social selling.
      
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
