Role: Construction Coordinator Company: Scottsdale Start: ASAP
Hours: M-F 8-5 but can be flexible 100% in office Software:
Enterprise One, Go Pro, some Excel & Word Requirements:
- Smart, go getter and come in hit the ground running
- Prior experience in the construction or homebuilding industries
- Two to three years' experience in an administrative support
position required. Core responsibilities Other tasks you will work
on include but are not limited to: File building permit and plan
check documents with municipalities for all homes and sales
offices. Request checks to pay all tap and permit fees required for
each home. Order and coordinate the delivery and permitting of all
sales and construction trailers. Order and maintain telephone
service to all construction and sales offices and trailers. Pay all
bills related to sales and construction offices and trailers.
Assembles, applies and pays for all building permit applications on
a regular basis. General Administrative support.
