If you are a candidate that embodies our standards then we want you to join the Dunlap& Magee Family Position Information Maintenance Supervisor Schedule --- Monday - Friday 7 AM to 4 PM- Additional hours/days may be required based on property needs. Sign on Bonus Who You Are To be considered for this position, you should have the following skills Problem Solving Attention to detail Troubleshoot Issues Drywall Repair Electrical Repair Plumbing Repair HVAC knowledge All candidates must be able to speak, write and understand English to qualify for this position. A Day in the Life Conduct daily property walks to ensure excellent curb appeal and adherence to property policies. Sort through work orders and complete them in a timely manner. Maintain inventory and shop supplies. Work with vendors to coordinate turns and repairs not done in-house. Build, train, and coach your maintenance team. Supervise any contractors or vendors working on the property and ensure they are completing items.
