Sales Enablement & Operations is a sales operations position with a
solid line to NFP's Sales Enablement & Strategy team. This position
will require the ability to partner with both regional and
corporate employees across business lines and at all seniority
levels in the form of sales support, requiring an adaptive,
collaborative personality that is invested in the success of others
as much as in their own personal success.Essential Duties And
ResponsibilitiesThe role will be tasked with assisting in the
execution of the strategic plan for their assigned
region/platform/business line in cooperation with Sales Managers,
Regional Leaders and producers that drive growth in new revenue
through the deployment of sales tools, producer support and
reinforcement of sales training initiatives with producers and
organization of sales data and information.
- Responsible for the data integrity of the Sales Pipeline in
Salesforce in collaboration with sales leadership, producers and
business line leaders
- Interface and liaise with marketing function on the creation of
sales specific materials and assets
- Sales, pipeline and forecasting report development and
distribution in collaboration with operations and sales
leadership
- Sales coaching and support of producers relative to their
specific business plans, which could include buyer identification
and distribution, sales materials uploading or inputting into
various systems, etc
- Cross sell tracking, referral assignment and opportunity
identification as necessary
- Coordination, scheduling, and support of producer training and
development meetings/events
- Continually foster team culture with and between business
functions and departmentsKnowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities
- Strong technical sales and/or marketing skills with a
demonstrated record of accomplishment of collaboration and
partnership across business functions
- Ability to establish an effective communication link and
credibility with client management teams through the highest level
of professionalism, ethics, integrity, mutual respect, and
value-added approach
- Ability to articulate professionally verbally and in writing
with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with creative thinking in a fast-paced
environment
- Demonstrated record of initiative, problem-solving and
adaptability

- Ability to work independently and anticipate seller and team
needs
- Strong organization skills including time management, effective
negotiation, etc
- Strong systems skills including Sales Force/Client Relationship
Management Systems, Microsoft Office, etc
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social selling
concepts
- Ability to travel up to 50% nationallyEducation And/or
Experience
- Commercial Risk or Health and Welfare consulting experience
within an insurance broker environment is preferred
- Experience in Sales / Business Development or Marketing with
regards to business development strategies is preferred
- Knowledge of risk, benefits administration, industry trends,
carrier products and services preferredCertificates, Licenses,
Registration
