Nextiva is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager for distribution and strategic partnerships to join our growing Channel Marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and driven to build, accelerate, and execute strategic marketing plans with Nextiva's distributors to recruit new partners and grow revenue through distribution-managed and strategic partners.

The Channel Marketing Manager will be a critical resource in designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to recruit new partners and accelerate Nextiva's business through key distribution partners, distribution-managed resellers, and key strategic partners. The right person has a strong track record in both setting strategy for and successfully executing a multitude of marketing programs including content marketing, digital, social, email, direct mail, and physical events.

Key to success in this role is an ability to hit the ground running, consistently working with teams across the company to help plan, prepare and execute marketing programs, campaigns, events, and communications to, with, and through our partners.

As a member of Nextiva's Channel Marketing Team, you will play a key part in driving the performance of Nextiva's Channel business. This role requires professional communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and willingness to take calculated risks. If you enjoy thinking critically while also creatively, crafting strategic and measurable marketing plans with partners, and working alongside a team that is as passionate about partners as you are, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Build 6- and 12-month Marketing strategies and plans for key distributors and strategic partners
  • Design, implement and execute integrated marketing campaigns to grow new logo pipeline through distribution-managed and strategic partners
  • Design, implement and execute recruitment campaigns through distributors
  • Author Channel specific content and communications as well as the conversion of existing Nextiva documents for distributors/strategic partners
  • Project management of marketing programs including timelines, vendor management, results, and reporting
  • Manage MDF budgets for assigned partners
  • Design and implement metrics to measure business growth, partner effectiveness, and ROI
  • Take initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, manage projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on budget and on schedule
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in Channel Marketing
    • Clear track record of creating and executing innovative partner marketing campaigns and programs and constantly looks to accelerate successful partner programs
    • Results-oriented and able to use data for decision making
    • Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing longer term ambitions with current capacity and demands
    • Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills with proven ability to positively position a company and sell opportunities to the partner community
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners
    • Strong decision making and project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously against competing deadlines
    • Knowledge of cloud and XaaS market a plus
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
