Job Description:

Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, from a four-year college or university with 4 years ofexperience; Master's degree in Computer Science /Information Systems, and 1-2 years ofrelated experience and/or training in the IT field, or equivalent combination of education andexperience* Preferred CSPO certification* Demonstrated knowledge of agile software development methodologies, Service OrientedArchitecture (SOA) and object-oriented programming methodologies* Solid understanding of systems development and input/output modeling* Solid knowledge of SQL* Excellent ER Diagram, Data Mapping and Data lineage skills* Demonstrated knowledge of business process management methodologies and bestpracticeS* Demonstrated knowledge of database management system technologies and tools* Excellent User story writing and story* Excellent communication skills; Comfortable working with business and technicalindividuals at all levels of the organization* Team orientation; Appropriately include others in decision making; Genuinely careabout co-worker's wellbeing and input and are interested in developing collaborative workingrelationships characterized by trust and mutual respect* Keen analytical acumen; Able to add structure where it doesn't exist, and processqualitative and quantitative data to draw conclusions* Decisiveness; Able to make timely, informed decisions that consider facts, goals,constraints, and risks* Outcome orientation; Understand the -whys- behind tasks and can achieve complexgoals with a high level of autonomy* Dealing with ambiguity; Can deal with certain degree of ambiguity and able to adjust totrue Agile atmosphere* Excellent documentation skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
