Facilities & Service look like? You understand the importance of
ensuring all systems, services, people, and products you manage are

enjoy new challenges.The Work You'll Do:
- Serve as the leader for the overall upkeep of the community as
it pertains to maintenance & grounds cleanliness.
- Both oversee and execute the hands-on maintenance duties
necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. This
includes consistent inspections, and diagnosing problems and making
necessary repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling, appliances and exterior
structures.
- Manage the daily the inventory of the apartments in order to
support leasing efforts including the Service Turn/Market Ready
Board.
- Schedule contractors/vendors as needed for repairs.
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with all
residents and team members.
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance Programs set forth by
Management.
- Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work
orders, inspections, inventories, pool chemical logs, make-ready
and turn units.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety related
items.
- Adhere to Mark-Taylor Residential Safety Programs, policies and
procedures. Add budgets
- Participate in training classes as required.
- Basic computer skills required for reporting.
- Complete a Weekly Service Report in a timely manner as set
forth by Management.
- Capital Project bidding, oversight, and executionThe Skills

- The ability to work "on-call" as needed
- Extensive knowledge in the following areas; Plumbing,
Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape
Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards
- Knowledge of building systemsPreferred, but not required:
- Associate's Degree in Facilities Management (or related
field)
- CAMT (Certified for Apartment Maintenance)

exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and
